STEINER MILITARY-MARINE
PRODUCT INFORMATION & SPECS
More light passing through the lenses of Steiner binoculars produces a clearer image, which is crucial in wartime circumstances with low light. A very exceptional viewing experience is achieved by the combination of superior Steiner glass and exclusive lens coatings.
Every lens is multicoated using a range of specialized coatings that improve light transmission and offer the best defense against dust, debris, and all of Mother Nature’s elements.
Steiner insulates its lenses with 14 psi of pressurized dry nitrogen to provide superior clarity under all lighting conditions, providing complete fogproof and waterproof protection. The tough all-around use is the fitting for the MilitaryMarine binocular. With vivid visuals and a broad field of vision for stable viewing even when moving, it is lightweight and manageable.
While the SportsAuto Focus System allows you to focus each eyepiece to your desired level of clarity and maintains impeccably crisp views from 20 yards out to infinity, the floating prism system uses a flexible silicone lens mount to buffer severe shock, impact, and abuse without damaging the lenses.
The MilitaryMarine boasts a lightweight, robust chassis that can take 11 Gs of impact thanks to its Markolon housing, long-lasting polycarbonate, and NBR Long Life rubber armoring. This type features a 50mm objective and a 7x magnification.
